I spent the summer of 2022 as an agriculture crew member at Sweet Hollow Farm. Although I had farmed previously, this season was my first working as a vegetable producer. Jonah is a kind and understanding mentor who allows staff to explore diverse aspects of farming. Working at Sweet Hollow Farm was an incredibly meaningful experience that showcases community relationships with small farms. I was able to help with the CSA program, local markets, and all aspects of production from seeding through to harvest. Sweet Hollow is a supportive and fun place to work in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend Sweet Hollow for those looking to start or continue to learn about a career in small-scale, sustainable agriculture!
