Sweet Hollow is a locally-owned, 2-acre, diversified organic farm in Victor, Idaho. We serve the Teton Valley community through our CSA boxes, workshops, events, and local farmer's markets.
We are committed to cultivating a sustainable community and food culture through beyond-organic, no till, diversified farming practices, education, and on-farm events.
Jonah Sloven
Jonah has a background in environmental science, business, and culinary arts. He has lived in Teton Valley for 6 years and is excited to give back to the community that has given him so much. His passion is farming is derived from his love for food and the environment.
