What all drugs are mixed together to make exstacy?
i heard that alot of different kinds of drugs are mixed together to make the pill x but i was just wondering if anyone knew what all is in it... i looked it up on the internet but didnt have much luck.. someone help plz
Ecstacy is NOT a mixture of drugs, it is MDMA in pill form. However, MDMA powder is usually preferable to pills because it is purer as pills can be cut with lots of other materials so more pills can be made.
MDMA stands for Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, it is an amphetamine, and although it can be cut with other things, it is rarely with drugs other than speed (another amphetamine).
Contrary to what the person said above it DOES NOT CONTAIN HEROIN. That is absolutely untrue. But it is true that pills are of all different strengths which is where the danger lies for people who take 2 that they think are normal strength but they are really double strength and they end up OD-ing.
The source of ecstacy is from an clearish yellowy oil called Safrole which is extracted from 'sassafras' plants, and from this MDMA is produced.
Anyone who tells you that ecstacy is a mix of other drugs are wrong, it is only MDMA but the purity can be debatable depending on the source of the pills or powder.
