Heey I have a loofah just like this one

Sorry for the long link.

The loofah has to handles.

HOW DO I USE IT AND PREPARE IT BEFORE AND AFTER MY SHOWER.

Thanks!

The "loofah" is only a dried out vegetable called "Marrow" which is a member of the pumpkin family. the have been used for possibly 100 years or more to scrub yourself whilst bathing or showering and are great for removing old skin particles etc; also great if you have an itchy back like I do sometimes.
If you haven't used a loofah previously, just give it a good wash first in warm water with a small dose of disinfectant as a lot come from unknown places where you aren't aware of the hygiene methods etc. Depending what and how you decide to use it, put some bath and shower body lotion on it and just start washing with it as if was a face cloth or similar. you can also use a normal or scented soap product as you desire.
If you are anywhere near an Ocean beach sometimes you find on the shore dried out sponges which are as good as the loofah but make sure the sponge is totally clear of vegetation or marine growth as until they are, they have a salty smell sometimes. They can be left outside to dry out completely and then treat them the same as the loofah.
Your skin feels fresher and better after availing yourself of the loofah but make sure you rinse it out thoroughly and stand it to allow drying. Don't place it in the sun as being a vegetable it will break down more quickly than leaving it in the shade to dry out normally.
