What to cook with chicken breast, tomato, onions, potato, lemon juice..?
quick easy dinner recipe idea with those ingredients?
Arrabita chicken and cream toast.
Ingredients :
250gm chicken breast cut into thin rectangular pieces seasoned with salt and pepper .
200gm tomato puree
50 gm cream
2 cup finely diced onions
25ml lemon juice
4 potatoes boiled and mashed
garlic powder , onion powder
Method :
Take a pan heat on low flame add butter and chicken breasts cook for 5 mins add onions add garlic powder and add tomato puree cover lid cook for 15 mins on low flame .
Make a creamy side dressing - Mash potatoes add garlic powder onion powder and lemon juice and cream add butter and heat in a separate pan cook until forms a consistent paste.
In the pan with the chicken cook until the tomato puree is almost evaporated and the chicken is firmly cooked.
Take out serving dish ... lay chicken first, toast some bread add potato cream over it and fresh serve with finely chopped cilantro and coriander : )
Add salt pepper to taste.
