How can i cook Fatoosh?
it's a Lebanese starter , so can any one please help me?
there is lebanese bread ,lattes and some tomato i think will any one can help me
First you cut the Lebanese bread into squares and deep fry leave it on side on a kitchen tissue to drain it from oil, cut some cucumber not too small and cut tomatoe and lettuce and if you like some red onion small mix them with some olive oil and lemon juice, salt ,ment(fresh or dry), sumaq, then mix a little bit of the fried bread with the vegtebales and put the rest of the fried bread on top.
