i am trying to lose weight so tell me if this is good?
breakfast=Keloggs Cereal with blueberry yogurt (yoplait)
lunch= rice with broiled chicken
dance for 30 min after lunch
dinner= salad with rice with broiled chicken
dance for another 30 min
by the way drink water everyday
One of my concerns is that you might not be consuming enough calories. If you aren't eating enough calories your body is going to hold onto the fat rather than getting rid of it. Add 2-3 snacks to this meal plan, such as fruits, veggies, almonds, homemade smoothies (with yogurt and frozen berries). The snacks and exercise will help keep your metabolism running high so that you are burning more calories through out the day. As far as lunch goes, sandwiches on whole wheat bread (make sure 1st ingredient is whole wheat, not enriched bleached flour) are a good option. For dinner, try whole wheat pasta with chicken. Fish is also a good option (brush olive oil on it and put your choice of spices and broil it in the oven). Good luck!
