Can anyone reccomend a grass that will grow and stay green year round?
I live in North Texas and am building a new house. I would prefer a thicker blade grass. But I'm needing something that will withstand a decent amount of traffic.

Boy, I would sure love to know. I live in North Texas also. I have been doing some drought-tolerant landscaping and I have heard that Mexican feather grass is pretty good, but haven't tried it. I am also guessing it's either ornamental or expensive anyway. I can tell you that in this weather, the same stuff that works in shade doesn't appear to work in sun.
