Is Curling the easiest sport to get an Olympic Gold Medal in?
I want a Gold Medal, and it seems like you don't have to be in very good shape, or take many risks to get good at Curling... I mean elderly people can be excellent at shuffle board.
Actually it's rather difficult. You have to be really accurate, one slight wobble can throw your rock off course and you can lose the match. But it is probably the easiest medal in terms of not being in any great physical shape, however it takes a great deal of time. That's why a lot of curlers are older, it's a very time consuming sport. But to even get to the Olympics, you have to get through every team in your country. That takes along time too, more training than some other sports. No Olympic medal is easy to get, you've got to be willing to put in the time and effort. I tried curling, and it was hard. It wouldn't curl, haha.
