How well did I eat today?
For breakfast I had scrambled eggs with cheese and two mini breakfast tacquitos with two cups of water, for lunch I had cream of broccoli soup and half of a giant baguette sandwich (it had ham, swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mustard) with sparkling pear juice, and then for a snack an hour later I had a very small amount of microwave popcorn, and then for supper I had the other half of my giant sandwich and a bit of Kraft dinner, with powdered fruit punch.
I didn't exercise because Sunday is the day where I take a break.
I know I need more fresh fruits but did I do alright?
