Whether you have a little paunch, some love handles or need to lose some serious weight, you will wonder which way is the quickest way to burn fat. There are two things you should do in the morning, workout and eat breakfast. Your body has burned all easily available carbohydrates in your blood stream while you slept, so if you workout first thing, it has to use fat to power the system.
Eating breakfast is one of the most important things you need to do to lose weight. In the morning, your metabolism is slow after a night of sleep. To get it moving again, you must provide the right nutrition. That means no high sugar cereals, power bars or any other such junk. Make yourself a good meal that contains protein, complex carbohydrates and plenty of water.
Boost your Calcium Intake
Now, before you head for the dairy counter and load up on chemically laden milk products, you should know something important. The milk you drink and the cheese you get at the supermarket are bad for weight loss. The only milk products that are good for you are those made with raw milk. So where do you get calcium? Leafy greens.
The calcium that you gain in greens is much more available, biologically speaking. Kale is the champion, but broccoli, spinach and dark lettuces are all good options, too. Of course, you can boost that even further with sardines and wild salmon. The best feature of adding calcium to your diet is that it acts as a switch that tells your body to burn fat.
Dump the White
Eliminate all white foods from your diet except for chicken, raw dairy products and white veggies like cauliflower and radishes. White foods are almost always nutritionally deficient. Often they are high in sugar, which causes spikes and crashes in your blood sugar level that leave you hungry. This causes a natural insulin reaction that stores those sugars as fat. White foods include rice, bread, milk, potatoes, pasta and more. If it's white, get it out of sight.
While knowing the quickest way to burn fat is a great start, remember that your goal is to reinvent the way you eat so that it is healthy and sustainable. Take your time making these changes, but start today. It won't be long before you start seeing the difference when you look in the mirror.

What plants are radish invasive to?
I know that radish are an invasive species, but what plants do they prevent from growing or spreading in an area where the radish is abundant, such as California? More specifically the champion radish, but if you know in general, please answer this question.
