It looks tasty, but im not sure how to cook it, or what to make with it.
Im assuming I can just steam or boil it like normal broccoli, but should I eat the stems? Are the leaves edible too?
Any simple recipes for it please? I just want to much it as a snack, not make a meal of it - so to speak
