Is it ok to make smoothies with lots of seeds after getting my wisdom teeth out?
I'm on the 8th day now after getting all 4 wisdom teeth out....would it be ok to make my daily breakfast smoothie with blended strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries? it has a lot of seeds in it and i was paranoid that if i drink it...a seed might get stuck and the gum will grow over it?
Hi i would say go ahead but make sure you gently pass your brush afterwards in that area, and rinse with water . then check if you see any seeds or feel it with your tongue.
And no the gum will not grow over the seeds. But if you are not carefully it can infect the area and inflammation will occur and you will have to go back to the dentist
